Terms & Conditions
* MIGHTY FOCUS - School of Motoring cannot be held
responsible for any monies directly paid to the franchised instructor, as this contract is between the pupil and the franchised
instructor.
* Unless 48 hours notice is given, any lesson cancellations will be charged at the current
lesson rate.
* You will be supplied with your MIGHTY FOCUS instructor's telephone number for all of
your future communications.
* Your MIGHTY FOCUS franchised instructor has the right to withdraw the MIGHTY FOCUS tuition
car for the day of the pupil's driving test if, in the franchised instructor's opinion that the pupil is not
deemd to be fit for the required test standard.
* MIGHTY FOCUS - School of Motoring cannot be responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical
breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
* MIGHTY FOCUS - School of Motoring
will provide the pupil with a dual controlled tuition car, in a clean, tidy and roadworthy condition.
* MIGHTY FOCUS
- School of Motoring strictly implement a "No Smoking" policy.
IF a refund is requested due to block
booking cancellation:
the refund due = the block booking fees initially paid (minus) all lessons already taken, which
will be charged at the current lesson rate.
EXAMPLE: A pupil in TIER2 enrols on a 10 hours course and pays £235,
he then have (2 x 2 hours lesson) and decide to cancel his block booking afterwards. The refund due = £235 minus the
two lessons being taken, which will be charged at 2 x £50.
REFUND AMOUNT = £235 minus
£100 = £135
